Requirements, statuses and quotes

On the site could be uploaded pictures with maximal dimensions 980x980 pixels and up to 350 KB. According to tha statuses on the site (ref The Rules, "Statuses"), the authors have the following quotas for pulication:

• First level - 1 picture per day
• Second level - 4 pictures per day
• Third level - 6 pictures per day
