Requirements, statuses and quotes

PhotoMoment accepts images up to a maximum 980 pixels in any one dimension; the whole file must not exceed 350kb KB. The following upload quotas apply (according to The Rules, "Statuses"), :

• First level - 1 image per day
• Second level - 4 images per day
• Third level - 6 images per day
